 ### Chicken Masala Recipe

### Ingredients:

- **Marinade ke liye:**

  - 500g chicken breast, chote tukdo me kata hua

  - 1/2 cup dahi

  - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  - 1 teaspoon haldi powder

  - 1 teaspoon garam masala

  - 1 teaspoon jeera powder

  - 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder

  - 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder

  - Namak swaad anusaar


- **Masala ke liye:**

  - 2 tablespoons tel ya ghee

  - 1 badi pyaaz, bareek kati hui

  - 2 lasun ki kaliyaan, kati hui

  - 1 inch adrak ka tukda, kata hua

  - 2 bade tamatar, puree kiye hue

  - 1/2 cup cream

  - 1 teaspoon jeera powder

  - 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder

  - 1 teaspoon garam masala

  - 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder

  - 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (swaad anusaar)

  - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  - Namak swaad anusaar

  - Taaza dhaniya, kata hua (sajawat ke liye)


### Instructions:


1. **Chicken Marinate karein:**

   - Ek bade bartaan mein dahi, lemon juice, haldi, garam masala, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder aur namak milayein.

   - Chicken ke tukdon ko milake marinate karein, taki sabhi tukde achhe se coat ho jaayein.

   - Bartaan ko dhak kar kam se kam 1 ghante ke liye fridge mein rakhein (zyada samay tak rakhne se behtar parinaam milenge).


2. **Chicken pakayein:**

   - Ek bade pan mein tel ya ghee ko medium heat par garam karein.

   - Marinate kiye hue chicken ke tukdon ko pan mein daalein aur achhe se pakayein jab tak ve sabhi taraf se sunahare bhure na ho jaayein aur poori tarah se pak jaayein. Chicken ko pan se nikaal kar alag rakhein.


3. **Masala tayar karein:**

   - Usi pan mein kati hui pyaaz daalein aur sunahare bhure hone tak bhunein.

   - Kata hua lasun aur adrak daalein, aur 1-2 minute tak bhunein jab tak unki khushboo na aane lage.

   - Jeera powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur paprika daalein. 1-2 minute tak pakaayein, taki masale apni khushboo chhod dein.

   - Puree kiye hue tamatar daalein aur 5-7 minute tak pakaayein, jab tak mishran gadha na ho jaaye aur tel alag na hone lage.


4. **Chicken aur masala milayein:**

   - Pakaye hue chicken ko pan mein wapas daalein aur masala sauce ke sath achhe se milayein.

   - Cream daalein aur milayein. Mishran ko 5-10 minute tak dheemi aanch par ubalne dein, taki chicken garam ho jaaye aur sauce achhe se mil jaaye.


5. **Parosein:**

   - Taaza dhaniya se sajaayein.

   - Garamagaram chawal ya naan ke sath parosein.
