KARELA RECIPE IN HINDI


 Karela (Bitter Gourd) ki Sabzi Recipe

INGREDIENTS:


4 medium-sized karela

2 bade chamach namak

2 bade chamach tel

1 chamach jeera

1 bada pyaaz, bareek kata hua

2 hari mirch, cheeri hui

1 chamach adrak-lahsun ka paste

2 medium-sized tamatar, bareek kate hue

1 chamach haldi powder

1 chamach lal mirch powder

1 chamach dhaniya powder

1 chamach jeera powder

1 chamach amchur powder

Swaadanusar namak

Sajaane ke liye taaza hara dhaniya

DIRECTIONS:


Karela tayar karein:


Karele ko achhi tarah dho lein aur patle slices mein kaat lein. Chahein to aap halka sa chil bhi sakte hain.

Kate hue karele par 2 bade chamach namak chhidkein, achhi tarah milaayein aur 30 minute ke liye alag rakh dein. Isse kadvaahat kam hoti hai.

30 minute ke baad, karele ke slices ko achhi tarah se paani se dho lein aur atirikt paani nichod lein.

Karela pakaayein:


Ek bade pan mein medium heat par tel garam karein. Jeera daalein aur unhein tadakne dein.

Kata hua pyaaz aur hari mirch daalein aur pyaaz ke sunahara bhoora hone tak bhoonein.

Adrak-lahsun ka paste daalein aur 2-3 minute tak bhoonein jab tak kachchi mahak gayab na ho jaaye.

Masale daalein:


Kate hue tamatar daalein aur naram hone tak pakaayein aur mixture se tel alag hone lage.

Haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur jeera powder daalein. Achhi tarah milaayein aur ek minute tak pakaayein.

Karela daalein:


Pan mein kate hue karele daalein aur masale ke mixture ke saath achhi tarah milaayein.

Dheemi aanch par pakaayein, beech-beech mein hilate rahein, jab tak karela naram aur pak na jaaye. Ismein lagbhag 15-20 minute ka samay lagega.

Antim taiyaari aur parosein:


Jab karela pak jaaye, tab upar se amchur powder chhidkein aur achhi tarah milaayein.

Zarurat anusar namak samayojit karein.

Taaza hara dhaniya se sajaayein.

Parosein:


Karele ki sabzi ko garam garam roti, paratha ya chawal aur daal ke saath parosein.

Tips:


Kadvaahat ko aur kam karne ke liye, aap karele ke slices ko ek ghante ke liye namak wale paani mein bhigo sakte hain, fir dho kar pakaayein.

Swaad ko santulit karne aur kadvaahat ko kam karne ke liye pakaane ke ant mein thoda sa gudh ya cheeni daal sakte hain.
