### Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
### Ingredients :
- **Paneer ke liye:**
- 250 gram paneer, cubes mein kata hua
- 2 bade chamach tel ya ghee
- **Gravy ke liye:**
- 2 bade chamach makhan
- 1 bada chamach tel
- 1 bada pyaz, bareek kata hua
- 1 bada chamach adrak-lahsun paste
- 3 bade tamatar, puree kiye hue
- 1/4 cup kaju, garam paani mein bhigoye hue aur phir paste banaye hue
- 1 chamach lal mirch powder
- 1/2 chamach haldi powder
- 1 chamach garam masala
- 1 chamach dhaniya powder
- 1 chamach jeera powder
- swaad anusar namak
- 1 chamach cheeni (vaikalpik)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 chamach kasuri methi, crush ki hui
- taza dhaniya patte, kata hua (garnish ke liye)
### Directions:
1. **Paneer tayar karna:**
- Ek pan mein 2 bade chamach tel ya ghee garam karen.
- Paneer ke cubes daalen aur sabhi taraf se sunahara bhoora hone tak talen.
- Paneer ke cubes nikaalen aur unhe lagbhag 10 minute ke liye garam paani mein rakhen. Isse ve naram rahenge.
2. **Gravy banana:**
- Usi pan mein 2 bade chamach makhan aur 1 bada chamach tel daalen.
- Bareek kata hua pyaz daalen aur sunahara bhoora hone tak bhunen.
- Adrak-lahsun paste daalen aur 2 minute aur bhunen.
- Tamatar ki puree daalen aur tab tak pakaen jab tak tel mishran se alag hone lage.
- Kaju ka paste daalen aur achi tarah milaen. 2-3 minute tak pakaen.
- Lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, aur namak daalen. Achi tarah milaen aur 2-3 minute tak pakaen.
- Yadi upyog kar rahe hain to cheeni daalen, aur achi tarah milaen.
- Gravy ke liye 1/2 se 1 cup paani daalen aur 5-7 minute tak ubaalen.
3. **Last step :**
- Fresh cream aur crush ki hui kasuri methi daalen. Achi tarah milaen.
- Tali hui paneer ke cubes gravy mein daalen aur 5 minute tak ubaalen taaki paneer gravy ke swaad ko avshoshit kar sake.
- Kata hua taza dhaniya patton se garnish karen.
