INGREDIENTS :
1 cup suji
1 cup cheeni
2 cup paani
1 cup doodh
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup mishrit meve (kaju, badaam, kishmish)
1/2 chhoti chamach ilaichi powder
Kuch kesar ke dhaage (vaikalpik)
DIRECTIONS:
Charan 1: Taiyaari
Suji bhunna: Ek pan ko madhyam aanch par garam karen. Isme suji dal kar use sunahra bhura hone tak aur khushboo aane tak bhunen. Jalne se bachane ke liye lagataar chalate rahen. Bhun jane par ise alag rakhen.
Meve bhunna: Usi pan mein ek chamach ghee dalen aur usme mishrit mevon ko sunahra bhura hone tak bhunen. Nikal kar alag rakhen.
Charan 2: Sheera banana
Paani aur doodh ubalna: Ek alag pan mein, paani aur doodh ko ubaalen. Yadi upyog kar rahe hain to isme kesar ke dhaage dalen.
Saamagri milana: Us pan mein jahan aapne meve bhune the, bache hue ghee ko dal kar pigalne den. Isme bhuni hui suji dalen aur achi tarah milayen. 2-3 minute tak pakaayen.
Drav milana: Dheere-dheere ubalte hue doodh aur paani ke mishran ko suji mein dalen, lagataar hilate rahen taaki ganth na bane. Saavdhan rahen kyunki mishran chhitak sakta hai.
Sheera pakaana: Jab drav achi tarah mil jaye, to cheeni dalen aur achi tarah milayen. Mishran paanidaar ho jayega, lekin lagataar hilate rahen. Tab tak pakaayen jab tak sheera gaadha na ho jaye aur pan ke kinare chhodne na lage.
Antim charan: Bhune hue meve aur ilaichi powder dalen. Achi tarah milayen aur 2-3 minute aur pakaayen.
Charan 3: Parosna
Parosna: Garam garam Raseela Suji ka Sheera parosen, upar se kuch aur meve dal kar sajaayen.
Sujhav
Atirikt samridh swaad ke liye aap ek chamach condensed milk dal sakte hain.
Apni svaadanusar cheeni ki matra samayojit karen.
Agar aapko adhik rasila sheera pasand hai, to aap doodh ki matra badha sakte hain.
