### Chicken Ramen Recipe


### Ingredients:

- **Broth ke liye:**

  - 4 cup chicken broth

  - 2 cup paani

  - 2 bade chamach soya sauce

  - 1 bada chamach miso paste

  - 1 bada chamach kaddookas kiya hua adrak

  - 2 lahsun ki kaliyan, kati hui

  - 1 bada chamach til ka tel

  - 1 chammach fish sauce (vaikalpik)

  - 1 bada chamach chawal ka sirka

  - 1 bada chamach chili garlic sauce (vaikalpik, teekhepan ke liye)


- **Chicken ke liye:**

  - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  - Swaad anusar namak aur kali mirch

  - 1 bada chamach vanaspati tel


- **Ramen ke liye:**

  - 2 package ramen noodles (seasoning packets nikaal den)

  - 2 soft-boiled ande

  - 1 cup baby palak

  - 1/2 cup kate hue mushroom

  - 1/2 cup kate hue hare pyaz

  - 1/2 cup makka ke dane

  - 1/4 cup bamboo shoots (vaikalpik)

  - Nori (seaweed) strips (vaikalpik, garnish ke liye)


### Directions:


1. **Chicken tayar karen:**

   - Chicken breasts ko namak aur kali mirch se season karen.

   - Ek kadai mein madhyam-ucch aanch par vanaspati tel garam karen.

   - Chicken breasts ko sunahra bhoora aur pakne tak pakayen, pratyek side ko lagbhag 5-7 minute.

   - Kadai se nikaalen, kuch minute ke liye aram karne den, phir patle slice mein kaat lein.


2. **Broth banayen:**

   - Ek bade bartan mein madhyam aanch par til ka tel garam karen.

   - Kaddookas kiya hua adrak aur kata hua lahsun daalen, lagbhag 1 minute tak sugandhit hone tak bhunen.

   - Chicken broth, paani, soya sauce, miso paste, fish sauce (yadi upyog kar rahe ho), chawal ka sirka, aur chili garlic sauce (yadi upyog kar rahe ho) daalen.

   - Ek ubaal aane den aur 15 minute tak pakne den taaki flavors achi tarah mil jaaye.


3. **Ramen noodles pakayen:**

   - Package nirdeshon ke anusar ramen noodles pakayen. Chhan lein aur ek taraf rakh den.


4. **Ramen bowls ko assemble karen:**

   - Pake hue ramen noodles ko bowls mein baanten.

   - Noodles ke upar garam broth daalen.

   - Pratyek bowl ko kate hue chicken, soft-boiled ande, baby palak, kate hue mushroom, hare pyaz, makka ke dane, bamboo shoots, aur nori strips se top karen.


5. **Parosein:**

   - Ramen ko garma-garam parosein aur anand len!


### Tips:

- Aap apni pasand ke anusaar toppings ko customize kar sakte hain.

- Adhik rich broth ke liye, aap thodi dashi ya kombu mila sakte hain.

- Yadi aap adhik teekha ramen pasand karte hain, to adhik chili garlic sauce daalen ya taza kati hui mirch se top karen.
