Chilli Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
4 bade aloo, cheele aur patle wedges mein kate hue
2 bade chamach cornflour
2 bade chamach maida
1 chamach namak
1 chamach kali mirch powder
Talne ke liye tel
Sauce ke liye:
1 bada chamach tel
1 bada chamach lehsun, bareek kata hua
1 bada chamach adrak, bareek kata hua
1 pyaz, kata hua
1 shimla mirch, kati hui
2-3 hari mirch, cheeri hui
2 bade chamach soya sauce
2 bade chamach tamatar ketchup
1 bada chamach red chili sauce
1 bada chamach sirka
1 chamach cheeni
Swadanusar namak
1/4 cup pani
1 bada chamach cornflour milaya hua 2 bade chamach pani (slurry)
Sajane ke liye hare pyaz
Instructions:
Aloo taiyar karein:
Ek bowl mein cornflour, maida, namak aur kali mirch powder milayein.
Is mixture mein aloo ke wedges ko achhe se lapetein.
Aloo deep fry karein:
Ek kadhai mein medium-high heat par tel garam karein.
Mixture mein lipte hue aloo ke wedges ko sunehre aur kurkure hone tak deep fry karein.
Nikaal kar paper towel par rakhein aur alag rakhein.
Sauce taiyar karein:
Ek alag pan mein 1 bada chamach tel garam karein.
Kata hua lehsun aur adrak daalein aur khushboo aane tak bhoonein.
Kati hui pyaz, shimla mirch, aur hari mirch daalein. Sabziyan thodi narm lekin abhi bhi crispy hone tak bhoonein.
Sauce milayein:
Pan mein soya sauce, tamatar ketchup, red chili sauce, sirka, cheeni, aur namak daalein.
Sabhi sauce ko achhe se milayein.
1/4 cup pani daalein aur ubal aane dein.
Sauce ko gadha karein:
Ublti hui sauce mein cornflour slurry daalein aur lagatar chalatein rahein.
Sauce ke gadha hone tak pakaayein.
Milayein aur serve karein:
Gadhi hui sauce mein tlele hue aloo ke wedges daalein.
Aloo ko achhe se sauce mein lapetein.
Kati hui hare pyaz se sajaayein.
Tips:
Extra kurkurepan ke liye, aap aloo ke wedges ko double fry kar sakte hain.
Chili sauce aur hari mirch ki matra ko apne taste ke anusar adjust karein.
Garam-garam serve karein, chahe snack ke roop mein ya side dish ke roop mein.
