Delicious Bhindi Masala Recipe: A Flavorful Indian Delight!


### Bhindi Masala Recipe


#### Ingredients:

- 250 grams bhindi, dhokar, sukhakar, aur 1-inch ke tukdon mein kati hui

- 2 bade chamach tel

- 1 chamach jeera

- 1 medium pyaaz, bareek kata hua

- 2 medium tamatar, bareek kate hue

- 1 hari mirch, bareek kati hui (vaikalpik)

- 1 chamach adrak-lahsun paste

- 1/2 chamach haldi powder

- 1 chamach dhaniya powder

- 1 chamach jeera powder

- 1/2 chamach garam masala

- 1/2 chamach lal mirch powder (swad anusaar)

- Namak swad anusaar

- Taje dhaniye ke patte sajane ke liye


#### Directions:


1. **Bhindi taiyaar karein:**

   - Bhindi ko achhi tarah se dhokar aur ek kitchen towel se sukhakar lein. Sunischit karein ki bhindi poori tarah se sukh gayi ho taaki pakate samay chipchipin na ho.

   - Bhindi ke upar aur neeche ka hissa katkar hata dein, phir bhindi ko 1-inch ke tukdon mein kat lein.


2. **Bhindi pakayein:**

   - Madhyam aanch par ek pan mein 1 bada chamach tel garam karein.

   - Bhindi ke tukde daalein aur 8-10 minute tak halke bhure aur naram hone tak bhoonein. Bhindi ko pan se nikal kar alag rakh dein.


3. **Masala taiyaar karein:**

   - Usi pan mein ek aur bada chamach tel daalein.

   - Jeera daalein aur ise chatakne dein.

   - Kate hue pyaaz aur hari mirch daalein. Pyaaz ke sunahara bhura hone tak bhoonein.

   - Adrak-lahsun paste daalein aur kacchi gandh khatam hone tak 1-2 minute bhoonein.

   - Kate hue tamatar daalein aur tamatar ke naram hone aur masale se tel alag hone tak pakayein.

   - Haldi powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daalein. Achhi tarah milayein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein.


4. **Bhindi aur masala milayein:**

   - Bhuni hui bhindi ko masala mishran mein daalein aur achhi tarah milayein.

   - Kabhi-kabhi hilate hue, 5-6 minute tak aur pakayein, jab tak bhindi masale ke saath achhi tarah se mil jaye aur pak jaye.


5. **Antim charan aur sajavat:**

   - Bhindi masala par garam masala chhidkein aur dheere se milayein.

   - Taje dhaniye ke patton se sajayein.


6. **Parosein:**

   - Garam garam roti, naan, ya sade chawal ke saath parosein.
