Anda Do Pyaza Recipe
INGREDIENTS (Samgri):
- Anda (Eggs): 3-4, ubale aur chille hue
- Pyaaz (Pyaz): 2 medium, ek bariik kata hua aur ek patla kata hua
- Ginger-Garlic ka Paste: 1 छोटी spoon
- Tamatar (optional): 1 medium, grated
- Hari Mirchi (optional): 1-2, chopped (apni pasand ke अनुसार mirch daalo)
- Haldi powder: 1/2 छोटी spoon
- Lal Mirch Powder: 1 छोटी spoon (apni pasand ke अनुसार mirch daalo)
- Dhania Powder: 1 छोटी spoon
- Jeera Powder: 1/2 छोटी spoon
- Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 छोटी spoon
- Namak (Salt) taste ke according
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Dhaniya Patta (fresh coriander leaves): chopped, garnish ke liye
Vidhi (Instructions):
- Medium flame pe ek pan ya bartan mein tel garam karo. Baarik kata hua pyaz daalo aur golden brown hone tak bhunno.
- Adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar ek aur minute tak bhunno, jab tak khushboo na aa jaaye.
- (Optional) Agar tamatar use kar rahe ho, to ab unhe daalo aur naram aur mashy hone tak pakaao.
- Haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, jeera powder aur namak daalo. Masala ki khushboo aane ke liye ek minute tak chalao aur pakaao.
- Gravy jaisi consistency banane ke liye thoda pani (lagभग 1/4 cup) daalo.
- Ubale ande ko dhire se daalo aur 5-7 minute tak simmer karo, jisse flavours mil jaye.
- Patla kata hua pyaz daalo aur 2-3 minute aur pakaao, ya jab tak woh thoda naram na ho jaaye. (Unhe thoda crunch banana chahiye)
- Aanch बंद karo aur garam masala powder daalkar chalao.
- Katti hui dhaniya patta se garnish karo aur garam garam chawal, roti ya parathe ke saath serve karo.
Tips (Tips):
- Lal mirch powder zyada ya kam daalkar aap masala level ko adjust kar sakte ho.
- For a richer flavour, gravy banate time pani ki jagah dahi ka use karo.
- Aap is recipe mein shimla mirch ya hari mutter jaisi doosri sabziyan bhi daal sakte ho.
- If you prefer fried eggs instead of boiled, to unhe gravy mein daalne se pehle shallow fry karo.
