FRUIT CUSTARD RECIPE IN HINDI


 Fruit Custard Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Custard ke liye:


4 cup doodh

4 bade chamach custard powder (vanilla flavor)

1/2 cup cheeni

Phalon ke mishran ke liye:


1 cup kata hua seb

1 cup kata hua kela

1 cup kata hua aam

1 cup angoor, aadha kiya hua

1/2 cup anar ke dane

1/2 cup kati hui strawberry

DIRECTIONS :

Custard taiyaar karein:


Ek chhote bowl mein 1/2 cup doodh lein aur usme custard powder milayein jab tak yeh ek smooth paste ban jaye.

Ek saucepan mein medium heat par baaki doodh garam karein. Jab doodh ubalne lage, heat ko kam karein aur custard powder paste daalein.

Gaanthon ko rokne ke liye lagataar chalate rahein aur 5-7 minute tak pakaayein jab tak custard gadha na ho jaye.

Cheeni daalein aur tab tak hilayein jab tak yeh poori tarah ghul na jaye.

Heat se hata lein aur isse kamre ke taapmaan par thanda hone dein, beech-beech mein hilate rahein taaki upar skin na bane.

Phal taiyaar karein:


Jab custard thanda ho raha ho, tab phalon ko dhoein, cheelein aur kaat lein.

Sabhi phalon ko ek bade bowl mein milayein.

Custard aur phal milayein:


Jab custard kamre ke taapmaan par thanda ho jaye, to ise phalon ke mishran par daalein.

Dheere-dheere custard ko phalon mein milayein jab tak ve achhe se lepit na ho jayein.

Thanda karein aur parosein:


Bowl ko plastic wrap se dhak dein aur kam se kam 1 ghante ke liye fridge mein rakhein taaki swad mil sake.

Thanda thanda individual bowl ya glass mein parosein.

Tips:

Customization: Apne pasand ke kisi bhi phal ka upyog kar sakte hain ya jo bhi mausam mein uplabdh ho.

Aagrim taiyaari: Aap custard ko ek din pehle taiyaar kar sakte hain aur ise fridge mein rakh sakte hain. Bas parosein se ek ghante pehle phal milayein.

Sajawat: Extra touch ke liye kuch pudina pattiyan ya nuts ka chhidkaav karein.
