Masala Samosa Recipe: Ek Swadisht aur Aasan Nasta

Aate ke liye:
2 cup maida
4 chamach tel ya ghee
1/2 chamach namak

Bharai ke liye:
3 bade aloo, uble aur mashed kiye hue
1/2 cup hari matar, ubli hui
1 chamach jeera
1 chamach rai
1 chamach adrak-lehsun paste
2 hari mirch, barik kati hui
1/2 chamach haldi powder
1 chamach garam masala
1 chamach dhaniya powder
1/2 chamach jeera powder
Swadanusar namak
Taaza dhaniya patte, kate hue
2 chamach tel
Talne ke liye:
Tel, deep fry karne ke liye
DIRECTIONS:
1. Aata taiyar karein:
Ek bade mixing bowl mein maida, namak, aur tel ya ghee milayein.
Achhe se milayein jab tak mishran breadcrumbs jaisa na ho jaye.
Dheere-dheere pani daal kar chikna aur sakht aata gundh lein.
Aate ko ek geele kapde se dhak kar 30 minute ke liye rakh dein.
2. Bharai banayein:
Madhyam aanch par ek pan mein tel garam karein.
Usmein jeera aur rai daalein. Inhe chadkane dein.
Adrak-lehsun paste aur hari mirch daalein. Ek minute tak bhoonein.
Haldi powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, aur jeera powder daalein. Achhe se milayein.
Uble aur mashed kiye hue aloo aur hari matar daalein. Milayein.
Swadanusar namak daalein aur 5-7 minute tak pakayein.
Kate hue dhaniya patte daalein aur milayein.
Aanch se utaar kar bharai ko thanda hone dein.
3. Samose taiyar karein:
Aate ko samaan bhagon mein baantein aur pratyek bhaag ko ek gole mein belein.
Pratyek gole ko patli andakar ya gol aakar mein belein.
Belei hue aate ko aadhe mein kaat kar do ardha-gol aakar bana lein.
Ek ardha-gol lein aur use shanku aakar mein modein, kinare ko pani se seal karein.
Shanku mein taiyar aloo ki bharai bharein.
Upar ka kinara pani se seal karein, yah sunishchit karein ki koi gap na ho.
Bache hue aate aur bharai ke sath dohrayein.
4. Samose talne:
Madhyam aanch par ek gehera frying pan mein tel garam karein.
Tel garam hone par dhyan se taiyar samose daalein.
Samose ko batch mein sunahara bhoora aur kurkura hone tak talne.
Samose ko ek chhidrit chamach se nikaalein aur paper towel par rakhein.
5. Parosein:
Garma garam masala samose ko pudine ki chutney, imli ki chutney, ya tamatar sauce ke sath parosein.
Apne ghar ke bane masala samoso ka anand lein.
