WHITE SAUCE PASTA INDIAN FOOD RECIPE

Ingredients

Pasta ke liye:


200 grams pasta (penne, fettuccine, ya aapka pasandida type)

Paani (ubalne ke liye)

Namak (swadanusar)

1 bada chamach olive oil

White sauce ke liye:


2 bade chamach makhan

2 bade chamach maida

2 cup doodh

1 cup heavy cream (optional, extra richness ke liye)

1/2 chammach namak (swadanusar adjust karein)

1/4 chammach kali mirch

1/4 chammach jaifal (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (ya koi aur cheese jo aapko pasand ho)

Pasta mix-ins ke liye:


1 bada chamach olive oil

2-3 laung lehsun (kuti hui)

1/2 cup kati hui pyaaz (optional)

1 cup mixed sabzi (shimla mirch, broccoli, mushroom, etc.)

1/2 cup pakaya hua chicken, shrimp, ya bacon (optional)

Fresh parsley ya basil (garnish ke liye)

Instructions

1. Pasta pakaaye:


Ek bade bartan mein paani ubalein. Ubalte paani mein ek chutki namak aur ek bada chamach olive oil daalein.

Pasta daalein aur packet ke nirdeshan ke anusaar al dente tak pakaayein. Paani nikal kar side mein rakh dein.

2. White sauce taiyaar karein:


Ek saucepan mein medium heat par makhan piglaayein.

Maida daalein aur lagataar 2 minute tak phent-te rahein, jab tak mixture smooth aur bubbly na ho jaye (ise roux kehte hain).

Lagataar phent-te hue dheere-dheere doodh (aur cream, agar use kar rahe hain) daalein taaki gathhe na ban paayein.

Sauce ko gaadha hone tak aur chamach ke pichle hisse par coat hone tak pakaate aur hilate rahein.

Namak, kali mirch, aur jaifal (agar use kar rahe hain) daalein.

Grated Parmesan cheese ko daalein aur pighalne tak hilayein. Heat se hata kar side mein rakh dein.

3. Mix-ins pakaaye:


Ek bade kadhai mein, medium heat par olive oil garam karein.

Kuti hui lehsun aur kati hui pyaaz (agar use kar rahe hain) daalein aur sugandhit aur transparent hone tak bhunein.

Mixed sabziyaan daalein aur naram hone tak pakaayein.

Agar pakaya hua chicken, shrimp, ya bacon use kar rahe hain, to unhe kadhai mein daalein aur heat hone tak pakaayein.

4. Combine karein aur serve karein:


Pake hue pasta ko mix-ins ke sath kadhai mein daalein aur mix karein.

White sauce ko pasta ke upar daalein aur achhe se mix karein taaki sab kuch evenly coat ho jaye.

Fresh parsley ya basil se garnish karein.

5. Serve karein:


Chahein to upar se extra grated Parmesan cheese dal kar garam-garam serve karein.

Apne ghar ke bane white sauce pasta ka mazaa lein!
