SAMBHAR VADA RECIPE IN HINDI


 Sambhar Vada Recipe: Ek South Indian Swad


Is aasan step-by-step recipe ke saath ghar par kurkure aur swaadisht Sambhar Vada banana seekhen.

INGREDIENTS :

Vada ke liye:

1 cup Urad Dal

1 tsp Jeera

1 tsp Kali Mirch (kuti hui)

1 tsp Adrak (bareek kati hui)

1-2 Hari Mirch (bareek kati hui)

Kuch Curry Patte (kate hue)

Swad anusaar Namak

Talne ke liye Tel

Sambhar ke liye:

1 cup Toor Dal

1 medium Pyaz (kata hua)

1 medium Tamatar (kata hua)

1 medium Gajar (kati hui)

1 medium Aloo (kata hua)

6-8 Bhindi (kati hui)

1 Sahjan (2 inch ke tukdon mein kati hui)

1 tbsp Imli ka Gudda

2 tbsp Sambhar Powder

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder

Swad anusaar Namak

2 tbsp Tel

1 tsp Rai

1/2 tsp Methi Dana

Ek chutki Hing

Kuch Curry Patte

2-3 Sukhi Laal Mirch

2 tbsp Hara Dhaniya (kata hua)

DIRECTIONS:

Vada banane ki vidhi:

Urad Dal bhigaayein: Urad Dal ko dhokar 4-5 ghante ya raat bhar ke liye paani mein bhiga dein.

Dal peesein: Dal ka paani nikaal kar ise bina zyada paani daale chikna aur gaadha pees lein.

Masale milaayein: Peese hue ghol mein jeera, kuti kali mirch, kati hui adrak, hari mirch, curry patte aur namak milaayein. Acha se milaayein.

Vada aakar dein: Apne haathon ko geela karein aur batter ka ek chhota hissa lein. Ise ek ball ka aakar dein aur halka sa chapta karein. Beech mein ek chhota sa chhed bana lein.

Vada talein: Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Vado ko madhyam aanch par sunehra bhura aur kurkura hone tak talein. Atirikt tel hataane ke liye inhe paper towel par nikaalein.

Sambhar banane ki vidhi:

Dal pakaayein: Toor Dal ko dhokar 2 cup paani, haldi powder aur thoda sa namak daal kar pressure cooker mein mulaayam hone tak pakaayein. Paki hui dal ko masal kar alag rakhein.

Sabziyaan pakaayein: Ek bade pan mein 1 tbsp tel garam karein aur usme pyaz ko sunehra hone tak bhunein. Phir isme tamatar, gajar, aloo, bhindi aur sahjan daalein. 5-7 minute tak pakaayein.

Sambhar Powder daalein: Sambhar powder daalein aur achhe se milaayein. Isme imli ka gudda aur 2-3 cup paani daalein. Sabziyaan naram hone tak ise dheemi aanch par pakaane dein.

Dal aur sabziyaan milaayein: Pakayi hui dal ko sabzi mishran mein daalein. Sambhar ki sthirata ke anusaar paani aur namak milaayein. Ise 10 minute tak dheemi aanch par ubalne dein.

Sambhar mein tadka lagaayein: Ek chhote pan mein 1 tbsp tel garam karein. Usme rai, methi dana, sukhi laal mirch, hing aur curry patte daalein. Tadka lagane ke baad ise sambhar mein daalein aur achhe se milaayein.

Parosne ka tareeka:

Garam aur kurkure vade ko sambhar mein bhigokar, taaze dhaniya se sajaakar parosein. Sambhar Vada nariyal chutney aur garam filter coffee ke saath bahut accha lagta hai.


Tips:

Urad Dal ka ghol gaadha rakhein taaki vade achhe se kurkure banein.

Aap sambhar mein anya sabziyaan jaise kaddu ya baingan bhi daal sakte hain.

Masalon ka star apni pasand ke anusaar samayojit karein.
